Update, Doing Great!

A little update:
My mom and I ran the Neon Vibe 5K without stopping, and I ran the Mudderella with three other friends.
The 4th of July 5K is next weekend. And I recently went grocery shopping and bought a bunch of healthy food. Just today I got up and I ran 3 miles at 5:30AM, ate a protein bar from breakfast, and had baked fish and vegetables for lunch. Plus, some apples for a snack.

I'm feeling great:) The last time I weighed in I was 182.8 pounds, and once I get down to 175 pounds I get to buy a swimsuit! It has kind of sucked not getting to swim this summer, but it's motivation.
