This Is Why You Don't Weigh Yourself Everyday...

Last night I did a really good job at work. I ate my strawberries and blueberries and my fish salad instead of whatever greasy mess-up was put up in the window. Granted,  I didn't eat my salad until later at night instead of my usual before 7:00 pm because it was busy and I didn't have a chance to eat early. But I weighed myself this morning (WHY?!) and it bummed me out that I had gained weight.
Not a lot even, but in my mind since I ran two miles and ate clean I should have instantly dropped weight.
HOW DO I STOP OBSESSING ABOUT THE AMOUNT I WEIGH AND FOCUS ON HOW I LOOK AND FEEL?!
