Weigh in today, and I came in at 204.8 lbs. Which, down from 223 pounds last year, is awesome. However, looking at the timeline of how fast I lost weight...I should be well under the 200s. But at least I haven't gained all that weight back by coming to school.

I tried sucking my stomach in at first because it's a natural reaction to try and look better. But this isn't about looking good, well, eventually it will be. It's about not liking something about myself and having the ability to change it. And in order to do that, I have to be honest with myself. And honestly? My legs and my butt are looking good. It's my stomach that needs work. I'm going to keep pushing myself to win this war. The biggest battle, though, isn't working out because I LOVE WORKING OUT:) It's a mental battle. Being able to talk myself into eating things I know are good for me. This blog helps me a lot, so here I go, back in the saddle.
