At 11:06 PM on Sunday, I'm sitting her wondering where my weekend went. Let's see--Saturday I did swim lessons from 9AM-12PM, then waitressed from 4PM on. Day over. I ate a protein bar for breakfast until lessons, then successfully made it to about 2:00 before I had a 6 inch Italian herbs and cheese, with ham, american cheese, black olives, jalapenos, pickles, and honey mustard. For dinner I went to McDonald's after work: ordered a Mc Wrap with grilled chicken, and apples. I love my apples. I also ordered a side salad, but got too full to eat it. My calories from Saturday were 1,083. I didn't get to run, but I did a lot of swimming.
Today, I had half of a protein bar, and shared the other half with the hubby, since it was the last one. We went grocery shopping and came home, made jalapeno cheddar brats, baked beans, and sweet potato fries. It was delicious:) It took over a lot of my calories for the day, though.
At work, I did pretty good--but ended up eating half a cookie. Wah, wah, wahhhh. It's fine, I didn't really eat dinner. I came home, and cut up all the fruit we bought that day and munched on it a little bit. My calorie count was 1,145 give or take. Nothing really exciting, but I'M GOING TO GET NEW RUNNING SHOES TOMORROW!
I'm ready for meatless monday tomorrow. I have my salad pre-made, my apples packed up, almonds measured out. :)
Well, time to go watch Supernatural with my better half.
