The top picture is BEFORE my workout, the bottom picture is AFTER, not sure if you could tell by the sweat:)Tomorrow is weight in...and I'm kinda nervous. Obviously, it's only been two days, I'm not going to have dropped 10 pounds...but I'm hoping for some progress. Cross your fingers, I'll post an update tomorrow!
