I Don't Like Change

Today my schedule got a little mixed up. Somebody asked me to sub for them RIGHT after my swim lessons so I had to workout before I worked. I got off work late, which means I ate late, and now I feel terrible. But I ate lunch at 12:30PM, and I didn't get to eat dinner until 9PM so I was starving.

Anyways, here's the update:

>>Breakfast
Slim fast shake with almond milk: 140 cal
>>Lunch
1 Turkey and Broccoli Stuffed Sandwich: 250 cal
Carrot sticks with ranch: 150 cal
Strawberry Yogurt: 90 cal
1 cup of grapes: 99 cal
>>Dinner
1 Spicy Chicken Patty Sandwich: 200 cal
Chips & Salsa: 345 cal
1 pack of fruit snacks: 70 cal
                               TOTAL CALORIES CONSUMED: 1,344

Exercises
-Swam 10 laps
-Squats
-Crunches
-Dumbbell lifts
-Leg press
-Military lifts

I'm tired, and sore but I'm pretty sure that's from the chlorine sucking the life out of me. I was in the pool for 5.5 hours today. I should take a shower, but I'm pretty sure I'm too lazy. So instead I will watch pretty little liars until I fall asleep. Go Netflix!
