A Moment for Motivation

Here are some things I look at before I go to bed so I can wake up feeling good about the healthy choices I'm making. It's hard now, but it will be worth it in the end. 






Were you cursed with a terrible metabolism like I was? Here's some answers for us on how to speed yours up:)

-Even if it's warm wherever I am, I keep a sweatshirt on because if you're body temperature increases, you're metabolism increases.

-Even if i'm sitting in a movie theatre, in class, or in the car--I'm tapping my foot or thumping my fingers for any amount of movement.

-I eat whenever I'm hungry, but I'll eat fruit, or veggies just to satisfy that little hunger instead of waiting so i'll be really hungry and overeat later.

-I drink a LOT of water.
