I breathed a huge sigh of relief when I weighed in at 185.4 pounds this morning. For about a week I was not bothered by eating fast food everyday or eating terribly in the caf. But as it turns out I don't have a lot of catching up to do. The last time I weighed in I was 185.6 so I have actually lose .2 pounds!! I do have to re-evaluate my goals...
I would like to lose 10 pounds by fall break which is October 10th. When I get there, I will set another short term goal. I will add on to this post later about what I ate today && what exercise I did!
