Time Is Ticking

Today went great, which is astounding considering the fact that it is Monday. I ate a bowl of cereal, proper portions, of course. Then I ate some almonds for a snack. For lunch it was subway, 6 inch on 9 grain honey oat, american cheese, black olives, lettuce, tomato, avocado, pickles, and jalapenos plus a bag of apples. For dinner, 2 ears of corn on the cob, minus the butter, broccoli, and barbecue chicken. It's Monday, so I kind of failed, but that's what was for dinner at the household, so what can ya do. 

I had strength training this morning at 8AM, which consisted of:
>25 pound, 35 pound, and 45 pound squats, 12 reps 3 sets
>bar, 10 pound, and 20 pound bench press, 10 reps 3 sets
>Two, 15 pound dumbbells, 10 reps 3 sets
>1 minute, 1 minute 30 seconds, 1 minute with weights wall sit
>shoulder and chess press 40 pound, 10 reps 3 sets
>leg press 130 pound, 12 reps 3 sets
>Over head press 30 pound, 10 reps 3 sets
>Abs

After my internship, I had a little time before my swim lessons start, so I ran a mile, and biked 4 miles on the elliptical. Then I swam ten laps. So go me. Approximately 1,130 calories. 

I felt good today. Now on for tomorrow. See you on the other side.
