I weighed 215.8 pounds when I got on the scale this morning. Let me tell you--losing weight is a glorious feeling no matter how few the pounds. I feel incredible. A little tired from the sleep adjustment, but it's definitely working.
I tried going on a run today outside and by myself...ehh it could have gone better, but the silver lining? I could have not ran at all. My trip ended up being 1.75 miles. I walked, then ran, then sprinted. By the end I was sweaty but feeling accomplished, and that's all that really matters.
For breakfast I had my slim fast shake with almond milk around 7:30am, and I didn't eat again until 2pm-subway-I had a 6in italian herbs and cheese, ham american cheese and black olive toasted with lettuce, tomato, pickle, jalepenos, and honey mustard. And guess what...I GOT FULL! I got apples too, but I didn't eat them because I was so stuffed on the sandwich.
Go me:) I'm feeling really awesome right now. I eat what I want to eat, and I enjoy working out. Life is good!
Here were my measurements from this morning:
Right Calf-16.5 inches (was 17in)
Right Thigh-28.5 inches (was 30 in)
Hips-48 inches (was 49 in)
Waist-36 inches (was 38 in)
Chest-40 inches (was 40 in)
Right Bicep-13.5 inches (was 14 in)
PROGRESS
Total calories for today: 1090. I didn't eat a lot, but I was never really hungry. It's nice to know that I'm getting fuller much easier. My best friend and I walked 1.95 miles tonight.

I hope my progress was inspiring! I'm headed to bed to I can get up for my 5:15am running class! Hog Jog is in only 53 days!
