Exercises: Ran 1 interval mile, Zumba class, walked 1.08 miles at the park.I didn't really do Tiny Tuesday today...my portions were the same as always, although not very big--not any smaller like they should be. I'll work on that.
My mood still doesn't seem to be lifting very much--but I'm sure I'll be much happier when Thursday gets here. I'm having boyfriend withdrawals since I barely got to spend time with him this weekend, and I never get to see him much during the week. So all day with him will cheer me right up:)

People have been bugging me to work for them at night during my exercise time and it's like "Okay, listen here. I have a routine: teach swim lessons until 5:45, work out from 6pm-8pm ish, depending on the day (sometimes shorter, sometimes longer). I refuse to mess up my schedule. I need to work out everyday, and now that I have been doing that, I can't stop. I'm not a morning person, or else I would get up early and work out, but that also wastes gas going back and forth for no reason.
