Thirsty Thursdays Isn't What You'd Think:)

Welcome to day number four of my new lifestyle (substituting 'lifestyle' for 'diet'). It's Thirsty Thursday, but instead of getting white-girl-wasted, I'm drinking a ton of water. I've drank so much water today that I'm bloated now, and feel like a beached whale. To me, 64 oz of water is a lot, because I usually don't drink that much.

For thirsty thursdays I'm supposed to drink nothing but water...and a LOT of it so...SUCCESS. Personally, I usually drink only water anyways so I couldn't make that lifestyle change. But drinking a lot of it is a little out of my comfort zone. I drank it when I wasn't even thirsty, and it made me have to pee a lot. That's a sacrifice I'm willing to make, though:)

Today went very well. I was at work all day with the summer camp, so I was beating up on some kids. I did get a little exercise I wouldn't have normally gotten, so that's a plus. We played dodge-ball for an hour, and ran around the tumbling gym for an hour. I left my sweatshirt on all day because a rise in body temperature speeds up your metabolism. Let's just say it was the first time I wasn't ashamed of my pit stains.

Here's the 411 on my eating and exercising habits today:

I really need to construct a work-out plan that will help me do more during my work out. Having a schedule to go by would allow me to workout longer because I'm not just wandering around doing random things. The only problem is, I generally don't know what I'm doing when it comes to lifting, so that's where Pinterest comes in handy. Once I get it worked out, I'll post it. I'd like to get to a point where I could do this:
because that's just straight up awesome. Time to get a good night's sleep for once in my life, got a long day of kids and chlorine to look forward to.
