TOTAL CALORIES CONSUMED: 1,455 calUnfortunately, because of my work schedule, I didn't have time to work out today, so I decided to pass on my Saturday & Sunday Savory Day, which means I can cheat, but it has to be a tiny cheat. Since I skipped my workout today, I won't be cheating AT ALL this weekend.
Starting next week, I won't be posting the food items I ate individually, only the amount of daily calories consumed. I did it for the first week just to get an idea of what I've been eating. If there is a recipe or meal that is specifically healthy or delicious, I'll definitely be sure to post it:)Have a great weekend!
