TGIF!

*Breathe a sigh of relief* What day is it?! FRIDAY! Well...technically it's Saturday now. It's going to be a quick post because I've got to get to bed, we're getting up early and going camping tomorrow  morning!

>>Breakfast
Banana Nut Whole Grain Granola Cereal with vanilla almond milk: 330 cal
>>Lunch
Ham sandwich: 400 cal
Baby carrots: 105 cal
Greek yogurt Key Lime: 160 cal
>>Snacks
Snack pack jello: 100 cal
>>Dinner
2 chicken tacos: 360 
 TOTAL CALORIES CONSUMED: 1,455 cal
Unfortunately, because of my work schedule, I didn't have time to work out today, so I decided to pass on my Saturday & Sunday Savory Day, which means I can cheat, but it has to be a tiny cheat. Since I skipped my workout today, I won't be cheating AT ALL this weekend.

Starting next week, I won't be posting the food items I ate individually, only the amount of daily calories consumed. I did it for the first week just to get an idea of what I've been eating. If there is a recipe or meal that is specifically healthy or delicious, I'll definitely be sure to post it:)
