Today was a good day. The boyfriend and I was successful at making breakfast this morning: omelet with tomatoes, black olives, yellow peppers, mushrooms, bacon bits, and cheese, with salsa on top + toast with peanut butter:) It was delicioso. I think it was a tad on the high side calorie wise, but don't worry--I worked it off!
Total calories: 1,429..went over a little bit but I'm sure I worked off those 29 calories--
Arm strength training, 1 mile interval, 5 miles biking, stretching (I AM SO CLOSE TO DOING THE SPLITS), and crunches.As for Thirsty Thursday, I have drank 2+ Liters of water, and nothing else. I reached for that diet green tea this morning, but I remembered!

Oh--and remember, it's almost the weekend!
