Second day of week two everyone, and I feel great! Today, being tiny Tuesday, I haven't eaten an awful lot.
TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE: 1,300I did my workouts, swam, Zumba, Arms strength training, and sweated it up!
I had a ham sandwich with avocado and it was delicious! I'm not a HUGE fan of avocado, especially by itself, but it's great on a sandwich.
Tomorrow is weight-in...dun dun duuuuun! Cross your fingers, because I'm really hoping that this last weekend of calorie intake mistakes didn't ruin an entire week of success.
