Chicka Chicka Yeah☆

So excited! Weigh in this morning has me in a great mood already! I lost another pound, and considering how many carbs I had yesterday, bread & pasta, I'm grateful for anything. 9 pounds in a month. Not too shabby.

Apparently I was way below my calorie limit tonight. Which bothers me because they say that not eating enough calories can slow your metabolism way down, which is the exact opposite of what I was trying to do. I get a lot of sleep, I wear a sweatshirt everyday although it's hot as hell out to keep my body temperature up, I ALWAYS eat breakfast, etc. The thing is I was always full today. I had a chocolate banana body by vi shake for breakfast which filled me WAY up. For lunch I went to the bakery with the babysitee, and hada chef salad, and a cup of spinach bisque, which I ccouldn't even finish half. Then we proceeded to go to the candy store and  DID NOT PURCHASE NOR EAT ANY CANDY FOR MYSELF. I didn't have a single piece. Then at 6:30pm I heated up my Beef Merlot healthy choice meal, and ate a strawberry greek yogurt. My calories were only 958. Which was incredibly surprising. 
I'd much rather be under than over. 
Anyways, I had a goal tonight. My workout wouldn't be long but I wanted to run a mile under 10 minutes. I ran it in 9:21. It was awful, but I'm so glad I did it:)
It's shower then off to bed!
