For some unknown reason, the last two days I've had really bad hiccups. I seriously NEVER get hiccups. But the more important issue is...

Anyways, back to the task at hand. With all my excitement, my hiccups have actually gone away.
So this morning, I weighed in at 210.8 pounds. *screams again* That means that I have a little over a month to lose the last 10 pounds to be at my goal. This morning I got up, 6 AM, and ended up running 3 miles. I ran further without stopping, and I only walked once--for one block. The first leg was 1.89 miles (almost to my goal of running two miles nonstop) and then I ran the rest of the way home. After my run I made a oatmeal, and cinnamon apple protein shake. 2 scoops of body by vi shake mix, 1/8th cup of oatmeal, 2 slices of green apple, sprinkle of cinnamon, 8oz original almond milk, and 3 ice cubs. DELICIOSO!
