When my 6am alarm went off this morning, all I thought was ehh, I could just go back to sleep until I have to get up for work. But then I was like, I'm not going to get anywhere laying in this bed. I'm not going to lose weight, I'm not going to reach my goals, and I'm not going to be happy. So I got up, and I ended up running 2.5 miles around town. Which, to an experienced runner, is nothing. But to me, that means a lot. Especially outside. I hate running outside but I'm getting better at it. I felt great afterwards. It was hard, and it took a lot of willpower, but so rewarding. And I feel like I will eat healthier on the days that I run because I don't want all that work to be for nothing. So that means I'll have to run everyday:)

My boss is an absolute saint, and she really does more for me than I do for her. She is letting me try a bag of the Body by Vi protein shakes...for free! Do you know how expensive those things are? If you do, you probably just pooped your pants a little. She is just a giver; never thinking about herself. I made my first shake this morning: strawberry banana. Two scoops of the mix, 8oz of milk, the banana energy charge mix in, a whole banana, a cup or so of strawberries, and ice. It was extremely delicious and super filling! The program says to do two shakes a day, but to make it last longer I think I'm only going to do one a day. Today is going to be a fantastic day, I can feel it:) I'll update tonight!

Almost bedtime! I was going to read a little but I'm just ready for a little shut eye.
Besides my shake, I've eaten two cobs of sweetcorn (unbuttered), and some cherries for lunch. For dinner, I went and ate with the boyfriend at his work and I got us subway; 6inch veggie delight for me with the usual on it and a greek yogurt. I was WAY under the calorie limit today...but that's how you lose weight. I was only hungry during swim lessons but it wasn't even that bad. My total calories were 1090.
Hopefully my hard work this week will make up for last weekends failures. And this weekend, I don't care if I have to have my boyfriend hide my wallet...I refuse to eat even one single piece of bad food.
I'm now going to bed. I have tiny tuesday, my 5:15am running class, and zumba to look forward to tomorrow.
I would also like to note that while my stomach seems to be its same round self, and my thighs aren't decreasing in size, my face (to me) looks slimmer. Which makes me happy because my face blew up like a balloon. Goodnight♥
